Does Qualiflow work with my existing phone system (Telefonanlage)?

Yes. Qualiflow works with virtually any business phone system or Telefonanlage that supports call forwarding or SIP, including 3CX, STARFACE, NFON, Auerswald, AGFEO and Swyx. You don't need to replace anything.

Do I need new hardware or to replace my PBX?

No. Qualiflow runs in the cloud. You either forward calls to it or connect it over SIP. Your existing phones, PBX and desk hardware stay exactly as they are.

How does the connection actually work, SIP or call forwarding?

Both are supported. Call forwarding (Rufumleitung) is the fastest to set up and needs no IT. A SIP trunk or a virtual PBX extension (Nebenstelle) gives the cleanest caller experience, with full caller ID and warm transfers.

Does it work with Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone or O2?

Yes. Qualiflow works with all major German carriers, including Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone Business, Telefónica O2, 1&1 and sipgate, via SIP trunk or call forwarding.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. You can forward your existing number to Qualiflow, or port it (Rufnummernmitnahme) so calls arrive natively. Either way, customers keep calling the number they already know.

Where is my data hosted, is it GDPR-compliant?

All calls and data are processed in the EU and handled in line with GDPR (DSGVO). A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

We're still on ISDN or migrating to All-IP. Can Qualiflow help?

Yes. If you're moving from ISDN to All-IP, it's the perfect moment to add Qualiflow. It connects to your new SIP or cloud phone system, or simply via call forwarding during the transition.

The simplest path. Forward your existing number, always or only when busy or unanswered, to the number Qualiflow gives you. No IT project, works with any phone system or mobile.

SIP trunk

Register Qualiflow directly on your carrier's or PBX's SIP trunk. Calls to your direct-dial numbers reach the AI natively, with full caller ID. The cleanest option for VoIP and All-IP setups.

PBX extension (Nebenstelle)

Add Qualiflow as a virtual extension on your PBX, such as 3CX, STARFACE, NFON or Auerswald. Your dial plan routes calls to the AI, which can warm-transfer back to a colleague with full context.

Overflow & parallel ringing (Parallelruf)

Let Qualiflow answer only when your team can't, after hours, at peak times, or after a few rings. Configured entirely in your PBX as a no-answer or overflow fallback.
