Four ways to connect

Call forwarding (Rufumleitung)
The simplest path. Forward your existing number, always or only when busy or unanswered, to the number Qualiflow gives you. No IT project, works with any phone system or mobile.
SIP trunk
Register Qualiflow directly on your carrier's or PBX's SIP trunk. Calls to your direct-dial numbers reach the AI natively, with full caller ID. The cleanest option for VoIP and All-IP setups.
PBX extension (Nebenstelle)
Add Qualiflow as a virtual extension on your PBX, such as 3CX, STARFACE, NFON or Auerswald. Your dial plan routes calls to the AI, which can warm-transfer back to a colleague with full context.
Overflow & parallel ringing (Parallelruf)
Let Qualiflow answer only when your team can't, after hours, at peak times, or after a few rings. Configured entirely in your PBX as a no-answer or overflow fallback.
