Pick when calls should forward

Decide: all calls, only when your line is busy, only when unanswered after a few rings, or only outside business hours. Overflow and after-hours are the most popular.

Turn on forwarding

On a mobile, dial *21*<your Qualiflow number># to forward all calls (##21# turns it off). On a desk phone, phone system or carrier portal, enable call forwarding (Rufumleitung) to the Qualiflow number. No new hardware.

Make a test call

Call your own number and confirm Qualiflow answers, captures the caller's details, and (if set) transfers back to you.

Go live and watch results
