Engineering

Forward Deployed Engineer

Take a customer workflow from the first conversation to a reliable voice deployment.

Read the full role

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help customers put Qualiflow into everyday use. You will work between engineering and the people running a business: understanding what their team needs, configuring the voice agent and connecting the systems around it. You will stay involved through testing, launch and the first weeks of operation.

This is a hands-on implementation role with real engineering depth. Some problems need an API integration or a small script; others need a better workflow, clearer instructions or a sensible limit on what the agent should do. You will choose the simplest reliable solution and explain it to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand call routing, booking rules, caller information and the situations that need a human response. Agree the scope before building.
  • Configure conversation instructions, actions and fallback behaviour, then connect the agent to customer tools through REST APIs, webhooks or workflow automation.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, payload mapping, duplicate events and failed requests. Make integrations predictable when another system is slow or unavailable.
  • Build test conversations that cover normal requests, unclear answers and sensitive situations. Review transcripts and recordings with the customer to check quality.
  • Coordinate launch plans, explain how the solution works and document who owns each part. Give the customer a practical handover they can use.
  • Follow deployments after launch, investigate issues and share repeatable fixes with engineering. Turn useful implementation work into templates and clear documentation.

What you bring

  • Practical experience delivering customer integrations, business automation or production software. Tell us about something you took from a vague request to a working system.
  • Confidence working with HTTP, REST, JSON, webhooks and authentication. You should be able to inspect requests and trace an issue across tools.
  • Enough TypeScript, JavaScript or Python to write and maintain a small integration or diagnostic script, plus a working understanding of SQL.
  • Clear written and spoken communication. You can ask useful questions, explain a trade-off and keep a customer informed when a plan changes.
  • Care with customer data, permissions and testing. You know that a convincing demo is only the beginning of a reliable deployment.

Useful, but not essential

  • Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, n8n, Make or similar CRM and workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of voice AI, SIP, call forwarding, speech recognition or conversational evaluation.
  • Experience writing deployment guides or running customer training sessions.

What success looks like

  • Customers can complete the agreed workflow and understand when a call will be handed to a person.
  • Deployments have clear acceptance checks, useful monitoring and a documented route for resolving problems.
  • Your next implementation gets easier because you have improved the tools, tests or documentation along the way.

Engineering

Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Own complex customer deployments and set the standard for how we ship them.

Read the full role

About the role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own our most demanding customer implementations and help shape the way Qualiflow delivers them. You will work directly with customer IT teams, operational leaders and our commercial team to turn a promising use case into a system that can run reliably across teams or locations.

You will remain close to the implementation. The role combines architecture, technical delivery and customer leadership: deciding where configuration is enough, where code is needed and where a request should change the product itself. Your judgment should make difficult deployments safer and help other engineers become more effective.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery for complex accounts. Map systems, data flows, ownership and constraints, and turn the findings into a phased delivery plan.
  • Design integrations with clear permissions, data boundaries and failure handling. Review decisions about retries, event ordering, logging and recovery before launch.
  • Build and review the critical parts of a deployment, working with engineering on platform changes that customer-specific configuration cannot solve well.
  • Define evaluation plans for conversation quality and operational reliability. Agree acceptance criteria with the customer and use evidence to make rollout decisions.
  • Manage technical risks and dependencies across stakeholders. Explain difficult trade-offs early, especially when a deadline conflicts with a reliable implementation.
  • Coach teammates through design reviews and incident follow-ups. Create reference implementations and bring recurring customer needs into product planning.

What you bring

  • A strong record of independently delivering complex integrations or production systems and supporting them after launch.
  • The ability to reason about distributed workflows, authentication, access control, data isolation and observability, then make those decisions concrete in code.
  • Hands-on ability in TypeScript or Python, APIs and databases. You are comfortable debugging unfamiliar systems rather than handing every problem off.
  • Experience leading technical conversations with enterprise stakeholders and coordinating work across engineering, business teams and external vendors.
  • Good scope management and technical judgment. You can say what should be built now, what should wait and what should be declined.

Useful, but not essential

  • Experience with real-time audio, telephony infrastructure or evaluating AI systems in production.
  • Exposure to enterprise identity, security reviews and customer data retention requirements.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or improving an implementation function as it grows.

What success looks like

  • Complex customers reach a stable rollout with clear ownership and no unresolved critical deployment risks.
  • The team uses your reference designs and reviews to deliver more consistently across accounts.
  • Customer evidence leads to product improvements that remove repeated implementation work.

Go-to-market

GTM Operator, Outbound

Build a focused outbound motion, from account research to a qualified conversation.

Read the full role

About the role

As a GTM Operator focused on outbound, you will help us find and start conversations with the businesses that are a good fit for Qualiflow. You will own the detail between choosing a market and handing a useful opportunity to sales: research, contact quality, messaging, campaign execution and follow-up.

This role suits someone who likes both writing and analysis. You will need to understand how a prospect operates, form a specific hypothesis about where we can help and test that hypothesis with thoughtful outreach. Success means relevant conversations and a healthier pipeline, rather than simply more messages sent.

What you will do

  • Research target sectors, accounts and buying groups. Separate verified facts from assumptions and explain why an account belongs in a campaign.
  • Build accurate contact lists with clear sources, ownership and suppression records. Check for duplicates and existing conversations before launching outreach.
  • Write concise, specific emails and follow-ups that fit the recipient. Work with sales to connect the message to an actual operational need.
  • Run controlled experiments on audiences, messaging and cadence. Track what changed so the team can understand why a campaign worked or failed.
  • Maintain CRM records and hand qualified conversations to sales with the context, previous contact history and agreed next step.
  • Review replies, deliverability and opportunity quality. Pause weak campaigns, learn from objections and improve the process without increasing noise.

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience in B2B prospecting, growth operations, sales development or a comparable role where you owned campaign execution.
  • Strong research and business writing skills. You can make a relevant point without fabricated personalization or unsupported claims.
  • Confidence working in a CRM and a spreadsheet, including segmentation, deduplication and checking whether a report reflects the underlying data.
  • An understanding of email deliverability, contact preferences and responsible outreach. You treat an opt-out as a requirement to act on.
  • The discipline to review results honestly and adjust your approach. You can explain the difference between activity, a booked meeting and a qualified opportunity.

Useful, but not essential

  • Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive or an email sequencing platform.
  • Business fluency in German and English, or experience researching different European markets.
  • Ability to automate small research or reporting tasks with APIs, n8n or simple scripts.

What success looks like

  • Sales receives conversations with relevant accounts and enough context to move them forward.
  • Campaign reporting shows qualified opportunities and lessons learned, alongside response and deliverability trends.
  • Contact history stays trustworthy, so prospects receive a coordinated conversation rather than overlapping sequences.

Go-to-market

GTM Operator, Revenue Systems

Make the systems behind our commercial team accurate, usable and easy to act on.

Read the full role

About the role

As a GTM Operator focused on revenue systems, you will build the operational foundation that helps our commercial team work well as Qualiflow grows. You will connect tools, improve data quality and make it easier to understand what happens between a first enquiry, a customer deployment and a renewal.

You will work with sales, account management and engineering. The role needs someone who enjoys finding the real cause of a broken handoff or an unreliable report, then fixing the process behind it. You will own useful systems that people can maintain, rather than a collection of automations nobody understands.

What you will do

  • Map the customer lifecycle and define clear stages, record ownership and handoff rules with the teams who use them every day.
  • Build lead routing, follow-up reminders and CRM workflows. Include explicit handling for duplicate contacts, missing fields and exceptions that need a person.
  • Connect commercial tools through APIs, webhooks or automation platforms. Monitor failures and document how to retry or recover without damaging data.
  • Create reporting for funnel conversion, sales-cycle progress, pilot outcomes and renewals. Keep metric definitions clear and traceable to their source records.
  • Investigate data mismatches and bottlenecks with the team. Prioritize fixes by their effect on customer experience, revenue visibility and time spent on manual work.
  • Introduce changes with documentation, user feedback and simple checks. Retire redundant workflows and control access to commercial and customer data.

What you bring

  • Practical experience in revenue operations, CRM administration, business systems or operational automation.
  • Ability to design and troubleshoot CRM workflows, including field mapping, lifecycle stages, record ownership and deduplication.
  • Confidence using spreadsheets and SQL to investigate data. You can spot a misleading denominator or a report that double-counts opportunities.
  • A working understanding of APIs, JSON and webhooks. You can test an integration and understand why a record did not reach its destination.
  • Clear communication and an organized approach to change. You can explain a workflow to its users and leave documentation another person can follow.

Useful, but not essential

  • Experience with HubSpot or Pipedrive and orchestration tools such as n8n or Make.
  • JavaScript or Python for small integrations, data checks or reporting jobs.
  • Experience with pipeline forecasting, attribution or the operational side of renewals.

What success looks like

  • Teams know which records they own and receive the information they need at each handoff.
  • Commercial reporting is consistent enough to support decisions without rebuilding the numbers by hand.
  • Automations have owners, observable failures and recovery steps, and remove measurable manual work.

Sales

Enterprise Account Executive

Help enterprise buyers move from a concrete use case to a successful commercial agreement.

Read the full role

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own new customer opportunities from discovery through a signed agreement and a clear handover to delivery. You will help large organizations understand where Qualiflow fits, prove the value in a defined use case and navigate the practical requirements of buying and deploying software.

You will work closely with engineering on technical discovery and pilots, and with account management on the transition after a deal closes. We need someone who can build trust with operational leaders and IT teams, ask difficult questions early and keep an opportunity moving without promising capabilities the product does not have.

What you will do

  • Build a focused account pipeline and understand the business unit, operational problem, budget owner and buying process behind each opportunity.
  • Run discovery with business and technical stakeholders. Establish a baseline for call handling, service quality and cost so the business case can be tested.
  • Coordinate relevant demos and scoped pilots with engineering. Agree success measures, decision dates and the people responsible on both sides.
  • Guide customers through IT security, data protection, procurement and legal reviews. Keep a clear record of requirements and involve the right colleagues.
  • Negotiate scope and commercial terms within agreed boundaries. Maintain a joint action plan and forecast based on evidence from the buying process.
  • Hand customers over with accurate commitments, implementation context and success criteria. Feed objections and market needs back into the wider team.

What you bring

  • Experience managing and closing B2B software opportunities with several decision-makers and a formal evaluation or procurement process.
  • Ability to discuss enterprise needs such as access control, integrations, data handling, service expectations and rollout ownership without pretending to be the technical expert.
  • Strong discovery and commercial writing skills. You can turn an operational problem into a proposal with clear assumptions and measurable value.
  • Discipline in CRM updates, follow-up and forecasting. You can explain what must happen for an opportunity to close and identify when it is unlikely to.
  • The confidence to work with senior buyers, involve colleagues when needed and build a relationship that will survive the first implementation challenge.

Useful, but not essential

  • Experience selling voice, contact-centre, automation or other operational software.
  • Familiarity with structured qualification methods and pilot-to-production sales motions.
  • Business fluency in German and English or experience selling across European markets.

What success looks like

  • Customers and colleagues share a clear view of the use case, buying process and next decision.
  • Pilots lead to justified commercial decisions, and new agreements match what delivery can support.
  • Your pipeline and forecast reflect real customer progress, with clean handovers after signing.

Sales

Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Lead strategic accounts through complex evaluations, negotiations and wider rollout.

Read the full role

About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead strategic opportunities where the buying process, implementation and long-term commercial relationship span several teams or locations. You will build account strategies, develop executive relationships and help Qualiflow earn a place in complex enterprise environments.

This is a hands-on commercial role. You will prospect, run discovery, manage evaluations and negotiate agreements yourself, while bringing structure to the way we pursue larger accounts. We are looking for sound judgment about where to invest effort, how to build internal support and when an opportunity is not right for the company.

What you will do

  • Develop account plans that connect a specific operational priority to the economic buyer, executive sponsor, internal champion and technical decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the account so the opportunity does not depend on a single contact. Understand how budget and approvals actually work.
  • Lead complex evaluations with engineering and the customer. Define the pilot scope, business case and conditions for broader rollout before committing resources.
  • Manage procurement, security, data protection and legal workstreams in parallel. Surface dependencies early and help stakeholders reach a documented decision.
  • Own commercial negotiations, realistic forecasts and a complete transition to implementation. Keep contractual commitments and product capability aligned.
  • Share account strategies, coach colleagues on complex deals and turn useful wins and losses into better enterprise sales practices.

What you bring

  • A demonstrable record of closing complex enterprise software agreements and building relationships beyond the first purchase.
  • Experience leading long sales cycles with several stakeholders, competing priorities and formal procurement or risk reviews.
  • Ability to build an executive business case with credible assumptions about cost, adoption and operational outcomes.
  • Good judgment in negotiation, qualification and resource allocation. You can protect a customer relationship while holding a clear commercial boundary.
  • A collaborative approach to technical selling, with the discipline to involve specialists and communicate uncertainty honestly.

Useful, but not essential

  • Experience selling into multi-location organizations or industries with demanding data and service requirements.
  • Experience developing a new territory, vertical or enterprise sales approach in a growing software company.
  • Knowledge of voice AI, customer-service platforms or the economics of enterprise contact operations.

What success looks like

  • Strategic accounts have a supported business case, an engaged buying group and an executable rollout plan.
  • Agreements are commercially sound and do not depend on undocumented product promises.
  • The team learns from your account work and becomes more effective at winning the next complex deal.

Customer growth

Account Manager

Help customers get lasting value after launch, and make the next rollout easier.

Read the full role

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will own the ongoing commercial relationship with customers after their initial rollout. Your job is to understand what success means for each account, notice when reality moves away from that plan and bring the right people together to improve it.

You will work with engineering on delivery questions and with sales on a thoughtful transition into the account. You will also own renewal planning and expansion conversations. That means knowing the customer well enough to recommend a wider rollout when it makes sense, and being direct about unresolved issues when it does not.

What you will do

  • Build a clear account plan with customer goals, key contacts, deployment scope, review dates and the outcomes the customer wants to improve.
  • Review adoption and call outcomes with operational owners. Turn usage and quality signals into practical actions rather than a report with no next step.
  • Coordinate implementation questions, support issues and product feedback with the team. Track commitments and keep the customer informed through resolution.
  • Maintain relationships with users, decision-makers and budget owners. Identify changes in priorities, staffing or ownership that could affect the account.
  • Start renewal conversations early, resolve commercial questions and keep a clear forecast of retention risks and likely next steps.
  • Identify expansion opportunities from proven value, additional teams or new locations. Work with engineering and sales to scope the next use case responsibly.

What you bring

  • Experience managing B2B software accounts, customer success or commercial customer relationships with responsibility for renewals or growth.
  • Ability to lead useful customer reviews, ask for honest feedback and turn a concern into an agreed action with an owner.
  • Confidence working with usage data, adoption measures and basic commercial reporting. You can explain what the numbers do and do not show.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across several accounts. You keep records current and do not let a customer issue disappear between teams.
  • Comfort discussing pricing, contract scope and renewal decisions while keeping the relationship grounded in the customer’s actual results.

Useful, but not essential

  • Experience supporting enterprise accounts with several locations or business units.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, customer health reporting or renewal forecasting.
  • Experience with voice, customer-service or other operational software where reliability is central to customer trust.

What success looks like

  • Customers know their goals, the next steps and who will help when something goes wrong.
  • Renewal risks surface early enough to act, and expansion follows demonstrated customer value.
  • Customer feedback reaches the product and engineering teams with enough context to be useful.
